Dr. Alsaedi’s path into autism care is shaped by compassion and a problem-solver’s mindset. While pursuing his PhD, he worked directly in the ABA field, supporting children and families firsthand. In that role, he identified a clear gap: meaningful data was being collected, but it wasn’t always turned into actionable insights that could most effectively help children thrive.

Drawing on his strengths in engineering and data science, Dr. Alsaedi saw an opportunity to bridge that gap. He earned a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Wayne State University and holds advanced Green Belt and Black Belt certifications in quality control, production, and industrial engineering. His career includes years of hands-on engineering experience and research in data-driven systems, machine learning, optimization, and simulation across healthcare and other complex industries.

This rare combination of ABA experience and advanced analytics led him to found KD Care Community. His mission is simple but powerful: to use smarter systems, better insights, and evidence-based care to help children with autism reach their full potential—while giving families the support and clarity they deserve.
